- Use Tradeido lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not post illegal, false, or harmful content.
- We can remove content or suspend users who break the rules.

Third Party Services
- We use trusted partners like Stripe and Google.
- You must follow their terms.
- Tradeido is not responsible for their actions or privacy practices.

Payments and Refunds
- Tradeido does not allow users to make or receive payments for their own businesses through the platform.
- Payments are only required for certain Tradeido services, such as subscriptions.
- All payments are processed through secure third party payment providers.
- Payments made to Tradeido are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property
- Tradeido owns the rights to its name, logo, and platform.
- The logo is made for and owned by Tradeido, even if created with the assistance of generative tools.
- Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Tradeido permission to display and use it within the platform.
- Users may not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of the Tradeido platform or materials.

Termination
- You can delete your account anytime.
- We may suspend accounts that violate our policies or laws.
- Data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy after deletion.

Disclaimer and Liability
- Tradeido provides the platform 'as is' without promises.
- We are not responsible for user errors, downtime, or other losses.
- Tradeido is not responsible if your goods, products, or parcels are lost, misplaced, damaged, stolen, or delayed. All shipping and delivery services are handled by third party service providers.
- Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.

Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes follow Wyoming, USA law.
- We prefer to solve issues by email at info@tradeido.com first.
- If needed, Wyoming courts will handle legal cases unless local law requires otherwise.
